Sharon C. Jordan is the visionary Founder and CEO of The LEEAP Center, a leading organization renowned for excellence in pediatric therapy services since 2012. What began as a small venture outside her role as a medical speech-language pathologist in a hospital transformed into a thriving private practice dedicated to serving children, revealing Sharon's true passion. In 2014, faced with the choice of juggling two jobs or fully committing to pediatric therapy, Sharon chose the latter — a decision that defined her path and life purpose.
Under Sharon's courageous leadership, The LEEAP Center has experienced remarkable growth, evolving from a modest 200 ft.² to an expansive 15,000 ft.² across two service areas. As a "people-first" leader, Sharon invests time in fostering positive relationships within her team and with the families at The LEEAP Center. She has implemented synchronized processes to enhance operational efficiency and, through strategic development and innovation, cultivated a culture centered on the company's core values of Integrity, Growth, Compassion, Community, Empowerment, and Service.
Recognized as a collaborative and hands-on leader, Sharon inspires creativity, honest communication, exploration, challenges, and courage within her team. Solution-oriented and constantly seeking forward-thinking approaches for growth and transformation, Sharon has earned a reputation as an intuitive thought leader whose vision has elevated The LEEAP Center to new heights in pediatric therapy. When not leading her dynamic team, Sharon cherishes quality moments with family and friends.
